I’ve been heavily criticized lately. I wanted to relay this clear goal as my mission for my coaching and my students. 🥲🙃
I hope to inspire my skaters to want to improve on an intrinsic level. I hope to motivate my athletes to do their best so they can be proud of themselves when they achieve their goals. It is my job to instill discipline, responsibility, accountability, and a hard work ethic that will carry them through their future life endeavors. 🩷 I hope my students will grow as much love and joy for skating as I do.
